Before review starts
If Copper has not started the paid review work, you can request a full refund.
After review starts
Once review work has started, refunds are handled case by case based on scope, delivery status, and whether Copper could reasonably complete the agreed review.
If Copper cannot review the board
If the files are unusable, missing required context, or outside Copper's launch scope, Copper will either decline the job before payment or refund the payment.
